Fielding (Any Infield or Outfield positions) - Instructional Lessons
These lessons are designed to teach the student how to become a better Fast
Pitch Softball defensive fielder, either in the Infield or Outfield. We
will concentrate on improving basic fielding and footwork techniques (per your
fielding position), the proper mental approach to playing your particular
defensive position, and discuss any overall defensive game strategies that
pertain to said position.
Throwing (OVERHAND) -
Instructional Lessons
These
lessons are designed to teach the student how to properly throw a
softball. We will concentrate on improving general throwing and footwork
techniques (per your fielding position), work on building up the student's
overall arm strength and throwing accuracy from that position, and discuss any
overall defensive game strategies that pertain to said position.

Catcher - Instructional Lessons
These lessons are designed to teach the student how to specifically play the
position of Fast Pitch Softball Catcher. I will demonstrate how to give
pitch signs properly, discuss blocking and framing techniques, while improving
general throwing and footwork skills. We will also work on building up
the student's arm strength, quickness and throwing accuracy from behind the
plate, and discuss any overall defensive game strategies that pertain
to catcher. The student must supply their own complete set of
properly fitting catcher's gear (helmet/mask/chest protector/shin guards) for
use during these lessons.

Base running - Instructional Lessons
These lessons are designed to teach the student how to run the bases properly,
efficiently and without fear of injury. We will work on base running
strategies and teaching the quickest base running techniques for most
base running scenarios. The student will be responsible for
supplying their own running gear (i.e. sliding pants/shorts, sweatpants,
cleats, leg pad, etc.) for use during these lessons.
