Cancellation Policy

Any parent/student canceling a hitting appointment with more than 24 hours notice is permitted and can be rescheduled at a time when it is convenient for both of us (subject to Bullpen Sports’ availability).

Any parent/student canceling a hitting appointment with less than 24 hours of notice is subject to a $25.00 fee (1st time).  A second cancellation of any kind for any student is subject to a $50.00 fee, and is then asked to give a $50.00 deposit in advance before any new appointment will be taken.

Lesson Follow-Up

As a customer service, I will make an effort to try and follow-up with my students by either contacting them or by watching a live game situation sometime during their playing season to keep up with their improvements and to receive/give feedback.

The advancement of each student's play is very important to me and to the student’s overall success.

Also, as an added feature, any past student may contact us at anytime to help with any hitting issues that come up during games, tournaments, etc.
